We work with you to create lasting change

Rather than piecing together disconnected advice from multiple providers, we provide one coherent treatment framework that looks at your entire system. The goal is not just to solve a problem, but to fundamentally change how your system regulates itself so you can sustain health over time.

A Structured Path to Lasting Balance and Healing

  • A smiling woman with blond hair in a ponytail, wearing a white tank top, standing next to a rushing river, surrounded by green trees and grass.

Step 1: Deep Intake & First Treatment

We begin by mapping your full health picture and providing your first acupuncture treatment with an initial, personalized plan to guide your care.

  • Close-up of a person receiving an injection with a syringe.

    Step 2: Intensive Change Phase

Weekly treatment over ~12 weeks focuses on actively shifting patterns in digestion, sleep, mood, cycles, and fertility health through acupuncture, herbs, and lifestyle support.

  • A woman lying face down on a bed with acupuncture needles inserted into her back.

    Step 3: Stabilization Phase

As your system begins to respond, visits are spaced out to help stabilize improvements and strengthen your body’s ability to maintain balance under everyday stress.

  • Step 4: Long-Term Support

Care transitions into an ongoing, personalized rhythm designed to maintain results and support long-term health, resilience, and prevention.

Step 1: Deep Intake & First Treatment

At your first visit, we map your health history, current symptoms, and life context so I can understand your physiology, constitutional pattern, and current pattern of disease. We look at how your digestion, sleep, cycles, mood, energy, and stress all fit together.

You leave this visit with your first round of tailored lifestyle guidance (your homework) and a full acupuncture treatment.

Step 2: Intensive Change Phase

After the intake, we typically meet weekly for about 12 weeks. This is the intensive change phase where we do the real rebuilding.

  • Track changes in your symptoms, energy, sleep, mood, and digestion.

  • Refine your custom herbal formula to match how your presentation is shifting.

  • Update your lifestyle prescriptions so they stay realistic and effective.

  • Provide acupuncture treatment targeted to where your system is that day.

This is where most people start noticing meaningful shifts.

Step 3: Stabilization Phase

After 12 weekly visits, we reassess together. If your primary concern is significantly improved and beginning to hold between sessions, we move into the stabilization phase. This is where we anchor the progress you’ve made.

  • Space visits to every two weeks.

  • Batch your herbs in two-week increments.

  • Focus on making your improvements harder to undo and less vulnerable to stress, travel, or life disruptions.

Step 4: Long-Term Support

In this phase we shift into a maintenance rhythm tailored to you.

For long-standing or complex cases, we may stay in weekly or biweekly care for many months or longer. The exact timeline varies by person, but the structure remains the same: intensive change, stabilization, then maintenance.

“Ultimate healing is self-actualization—the moment we begin to experience ourselves as continuous with the universe. When we remember this, healing ripples outward, mending families, communities, and the world.”
