Acupuncture + Chinese Medicine to create lasting change

Rather than piecing together disconnected advice, we provide one coherent treatment framework that looks at your body’s entire ecology. The goal is not only to treat a symptom, but to fundamentally restore how your body regulates itself so you can sustain health over time.

A Structured Path to Lasting Balance and Healing

Phase 1: Initial Intake & First Treatment

We begin by mapping your full health history and providing your first acupuncture treatment with a personalized plan to guide your care.

    Phase 2: Intensive Change

Regular treatment for a short time focuses on actively shifting patterns in pain, digestion, sleep, mood, cycles, and fertility health through acupuncture, herbs, and lifestyle support.

  • A woman lying face down on a bed with acupuncture needles inserted into her back.

    Phase 3: Stabilization

As your body begins to respond, visits are spaced out to help stabilize improvements and strengthen your body’s ability to maintain balance under everyday stress.

  • Phase 4: Long-Term Support

Care transitions into an ongoing, personalized rhythm designed to maintain results and support long-term health, resilience, and prevention.

Phase 1: Initial Intake & First Treatment

At your first visit, we map your health history, current symptoms, and life context to understand your physiology, constitution, and current pattern of disease. We look at how your digestion, sleep, menstrual cycles, mood, energy, and stress all fit together with tongue and pulse analysis.

You leave this visit with your first round of tailored lifestyle guidance and a full acupuncture treatment.

Phase 2: Intensive Change

After the intake, we meet regularly for a short time to monitor progress during an intensive change phase where we do real rebuilding.

  • Track changes in your symptoms, energy, sleep, mood, and digestion.

  • Refine your custom herbal formula to match how your presentation is shifting using tongue and pulse analysis.

  • Update your lifestyle prescriptions so they stay realistic and effective.

  • Provide acupuncture treatment targeted to where your system is that day.

This is where most people start noticing meaningful shifts.

Phase 3: Stabilization

Once you’ve made the desired progress, we reassess together. If your primary concern is significantly improved and beginning to hold between sessions, we move into the stabilization phase. This is where we anchor the progress you’ve made.

  • Allow more space between visits.

  • Batch herbs to last longer.

  • Focus on making your improvements harder to undo and less vulnerable to stress, travel, or life disruptions.

Phase 4: Long-Term Support

In this final phase, we shift into a maintenance rhythm tailored to you. Most people like to shift their frequency according to life’s circumstances, ranging from once a week to seasonal attunements.

This is where we settle in and build out long-term resilience, learning more about your needs and customizing your health plan accordingly.
